What does the orientation call cost?
Nothing. It takes 20 minutes, checks fit, and contains no consulting. One call per company.
Which companies is the workshop meant for?
Companies with 10 to 200 employees that want a realistic review of their data and processes before investing in AI.
What do we need to prepare?
One decision-capable contact person and examples of the processes or data areas to examine. Confidential details do not belong in the form.
Is this ChatGPT training?
No. The workshop examines data, ownership, and workflows — it is not an introduction to individual AI tools.
Who should take part?
At least one person who knows the affected area and its workflows. The exact group is agreed before the date.
Do we get a finished AI solution afterwards?
No. You receive a data audit, three prioritized processes, and a one-page roadmap. Implementation is not part of the three hours.
Do you also support the implementation?
If a clearly bounded need exists after the workshop, monthly-cancellable support can be agreed. It depends on capacity and is not part of the workshop.
On-site or remote?
Both are possible. Format and date are agreed after the request.
Why is the workshop offered as a pilot phase?
The format is currently run and sharpened with companies of this size. That implies no artificial deadline and no guaranteed availability.
